Monthly Hosting Fees

Your credit card will be billed monthly at a rate of $39.95 USD to cover your monthly hosting of your website, access to your recorded training sessions, and the continued education site. Your statement will reflect a charge from Omni Site Builder. Warranties and Guarantees

Omni Business Solutions, Inc. or Omni Site Builder offers no warranties or guaranties of any kind, either express or implied. Our elite training is effort based and therefore the success of your online business depends on your ability to apply the techniques and strategies you will be educated with.

Service Cancellations and Refunds

Your website is billed on a month-to-month basis and you may cancel without reason at anytime by calling the customer service number above or by using the form on the following page: Contact Us. Due to the incurred cost of hosting, trade secret protection and copyrighted material, under no circumstance will refunds be issued for past or partial months of hosting.

Copyrights and Reproduction

All content in any format is copyright and proprietary material and cannot be redistributed without written consent from corporate officials. Trade secrets, tactics, and strategies involved in this training course are to be used on your own website for your financial gain only. Sharing this information with nonmembers will result in immediate termination of member benefits.

Copyright and Illegal Content

All copyright and illegal information will be removed from any websites containing such information or images. Site owners will be notified and carry all legal responsibility for infringement.

Contact and Privacy Rights

By enrolling you agree to receive elite training materials including lessons, newsletters, and offers from Omni Business Solutions, Inc., or its associates.

Custom Graphics

Ownership (copyright and title) of the final graphic becoming the property of the Customer, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of the image is dependent upon payment of all fees. The basic graphic order and payment themselves do not constitute full rights. You must purchase the full licensing rights at an additional cost. 'Vision Learning and Education' retains rights to display the artwork in its portfolio and advertising materials. Vision Learning and Education retains the Copyright to all concepts, comprehensives, or other preliminary materials, which are not selected by the Customer or are not included into the final delivery.

Vision Learning and Education expects the Customer to perform researching on their company name to be sure the name is not already in use and securing a copyright, trademark or service mark to protect the Customer's legal rights to any name or image. 'Vision Learning and Education' is not and will not be held responsible for any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or image. 'Vision Learning and Education' is not responsible for researching nor infringing any trademark violations that may or may not arise in our dealings with the Customer and his/her agents. All trademark matters are the full responsibility of the customer.

A custom made graphic once sold to a Customer will not be sold to another Customer.
